By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the Website.

The services offered on the Autovhr Website are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Autovhr offers Vehicle History Reports from Third Party Sources. A Vehicle History Report can be purchased using credit, debit cards and/or bank account through PayPal as payment processor.
Payments for reports are processed through third-party payment processors PayPal. Reports are non-refundable unless decided on a case-to-case basis. Autovhr does not refunds if the Vehicle History Report is inaccurate or incomplete since it relies on information provided by Third Party Sources.
Autovhr is committed to protecting your privacy and data, in accordance with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may contact us to request removal of your data from our systems.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account. The user agrees not to share their account with any third party and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized usage. Autovhr shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access.
All content on the Autovhr Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is owned by their respective owners and is protected by United States and international trademark laws. Autovhr does not claim ownership or association with any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials used on the Website.
Vehicle History Reports are provided by Third Party Sources and Autovhr cannot guarantee their accuracy or completeness. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using Vehicle History Reports. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autovhr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website and the Vehicle History Reports provided through the Website. In no event shall Autovhr be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the Vehicle History Reports provided through the Website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Autovhr reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Autovhr regarding the use of the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Autovhr to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
